(Un)Qualified
Coming out of prison I wanted nothing more than to put all these memories behind me. But God had other ideas, so here I sit, putting my life on blast every week. But it’s what we’re all called to do……..share what God has done for us.
Like many of us I spent much of my life in the thorns, choked by the worries and pleasures of life. But no matter how far or fast I ran, I never found true contentment. But still I kept running, and God still kept pursuing. He is amazing!!
Eventually I found myself in a place of despair, spent and exhausted. That’s where God found me. Federal Prison.
I hope these stories from my time in prison will entertain and educate. It wasn’t always a walk in the park, but the lessons, my friends, are what I want to share with all of you who struggle with the day-to-day challenges of being a Follower of Christ in this fallen place. I pray that you will find some pearls in the lessons I learned and they will help keep you on solid ground with the Lord.
So I'm asking you, come take a journey with me down a bumpy road, full of potholes, but also overflowing with revelations. It's a path that winds its way through prison but filters through God’s fingers.
